Steps to create Cane Inward Slip in ERPNext:

Step 1: Go to Cane Inward Slip and "Add Cane Inward Slip".

Step 2:

• Season: Select the current season.

• Plant: Select the plant where the cane is being delivered.

• Shift: Choose the shift during which the delivery arrives (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)

• Date: Enter the date of the delivery.

• Time: Enter the time of the delivery.

• Token Number: This number is typically pre-assigned by the system.

• Transporter Code: Enter the transporter's identification code. Once the Transporters Code is entered, Transporters Name, Vehicle Type, Farmer Code, Harvester Name, Engine Name, Tolly 1 and Tolly 2 gets automatically fetched.

• Manually entry for RFID: Enter the RFID tag number if automatic reading fails.

  
  

• Pending Slip:

  Click on "Show pending slip"

  
  

  • Season: Select the current season.

  • Plant: Select the plant where the cane is being delivered.

  • Date: The date of the delivery.

  • Slip No: Enter the Slip

  • Trip Sheet No: Enter the trip sheet number associated with the delivery.

  • Farmer Code: Enter the farmer's identification code. Once the Farmer's Code is entered, Farmer's Name get automatically Fetched.

  • Field Village: Enter the village where the cane field is located.

  • Area Acre: Enter the total area (in acres) of the field from which the cane was harvested.

  • Cane Variety: Select the variety of cane delivered.

  • Plantation Date: Enter the date the cane was planted in the field.

  • Survery No: Enter the survey number assigned to the cane field.

  • Route Name: Select the route taken for transporting the cane to the plant.

  • Distance: Enter the estimated distance traveled from the field to the plant.

  • Cane Deduction Type:

  Select the type of Cane deduction type ( Matured Cane, Burn Cane, Unmatured Cane).

  
  

  Step 3: Click on "Save."
