  1. Details Tab Consist Information of Equipment From Maintenance Request-Notification

  2. If the equipment is for maintenance other than preventive (i.e., Regular or Breakdown), a direct Equipment Maintenance Order will be created without a Maintenance Request-Notification.

  5. The Maintenance Task List contains tasks that need to be assigned to maintenance team members.
