Leave Management

Prerequisites

  • Leave Policies: Define leave policies including entitlements and accrual rules.

  • Leave Type: Types of Leaves organization gives

  • Leave Period: Period or date range for leave

  • Leave Allocation: Allocating leaves to employee

Steps

1.Leave Policy Configuration:

  1. Navigate >HR >Leaves >Setup > Leave Policy

  2. Define and manage leave policies

  3. Give allocation to leave types in policy


2.Leave Type:

  1. Navigate >HR >Leaves >Setup > Leave Type

  2. Define leave types


3.Leave Period

  1. Navigate >HR >Leaves >Setup > Leave Period

  2. Define leave period, from date and to date

 

      4.Leave Allocation:

  1.  Navigate to HR > Leave Allocation > New.

  2.  Allocate leave based on policies or leave type.



5.Applying for Leave:

o   Navigate to HR > Leave Application > New.

o   Select the employee, leave type, date range, and reason.

o   Submit for approval.


Fields and Explanation

  • Employee: Select the employee applying for leave.

  • Leave Type: Type of leave being applied for (e.g., Annual Leave, Sick Leave).

  • From Date: Start date of the leave.

  • To Date: End date of the leave.

  • Reason: Reason for the leave application.

  • Status: Current status of the leave application (Applied, Approved, Rejected).
