Steps to create Grade Master

Step 1: Go to Grade Master List Click on "Add Grade Master"

Step 2:

• Series: Select the series

• Company: This indicates the company name. Select the company name

• Grade Type: This indicates the grade type like SG or CI

Step 3: Grade Item Table:

• Item Code: Select the item code of item name which we want to add in furnace

• Item Name: Item name will auto fetch from item code

• Item Group: Item Group will auto fetch from item code

• Weight Percentage: Add the percentage of item which required for furnace

*Note: The sum of weight percentage must be 100

Step 4: Scrap Item Details

• Scrap Item Code: It indicates the scrap item is the juice left over from furnace to be poured into the soil and used again. Select the scrap item code, item name and default target warehouse

• Heal Item Code: It indicates the scrap item is the juice left over from furnace and used again. Select the heal item code, name and default target warehouse
