1. In above Form fill Equipment Name this is unique name of Equipment

2. If Equipment is undergoing for Callibration then add Check Mark in Is callibration

3. Equiment Category Is Master in that we have to mention Category eg. Machine , Instrument, Computer , Tools etc.

4. Valid From and Valid To represent the validity period for that equipment provided by the Own Company

5. Location - Mention Campany Location from Master

6. Create Task List For Equipment - In the Task List Table, mention the tasks used when the equipment is calibrated or during maintenance scheduling.

7. Mention the Parameter and Parameter Details if the value is required.

8. Describe Callibration Process If Required or Note
