1. MKT Department

  • Supply Type: Master Supply Type (e.g., AC - As Is Cast, FM - Finished Machining, PM - Proof Machining).

  • Grade: Select or create a grade for the item.

  • Drawing Number: Enter the casting drawing number.

2. Sales Department

  • Casting Details:

    • Casting Type: (e.g., Pump, Turbine, Valve).

    • Casting Geometry: (e.g., Simple, Moderate, Critical, Complex).

    • Estimated Weight: Enter estimated weight.

    • Drawing Weight: Enter drawing weight.

    • Feasibility: Select Ok / Not Ok.

  • Pattern Details:

    • No. of Patterns: Enter count.

    • Material: Specify material type.

    • Description: Provide details.

  • Core Details:

    • No. of Core Boxes: Enter count.

    • Material: Specify material type.

    • Description: Provide details.

  • Additional Fields:

    • Mould Box Size: Select from Box Size Master.
