Equipment Maintenance Schedule
Select the appropriate scheduled type: Maintenance, used when scheduling equipment maintenance, or Calibration, used when scheduling equipment calibration.
Equipment ID: Select the equipment for which you need to schedule maintenance or calibration.
Department Name: Select the department name from which the selected equipment belongs.
Days To Schedule: Enter the number of days in advance you need to receive a notification for the order.
Requested By ID: Enter the name of the person who requested the schedule.
Plant: Equipment Address in Plant
Select Equipment To Maintain: Enter the start date, end date, and periodicity (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly). Also, specify the number of visits and select a sales person.
Save and submit the form. After submission, a Maintenance Request-Notification will be created, which will be in draft state.
