  1. The assigned person needs to take readings first, four or five times, and then mention the results.

  2. Completion Status: Fully Completed - if work done fully and Partially Completed- if work done partially

  3. Equipment Status: Use Continue For Use or Rejected after Testing

  4. Work Done Description: Mention the work done description, which will be displayed to the assigned manager.
